Driven by an immense passion for empowering girls and witnessing them flourish in their respective spheres, Costansia and Sarah found their calling in supporting young mothers. Parenthood is an everlasting transition and for young and unprepared mothers, it comes with a myriad challenges; physical changes, emotional turmoil, financial strain, and uncertainty of personal identity and desires.

At 20 years, Costansia navigated the intricate balance of being a mother, while simultaneously pursuing her studies and, reflecting upon it later, she realized she was a privileged young mother because she was supported by an incredible network of parents, siblings, and friends, which granted her the opportunity to continue her education and pursue her dream.

Recognizing her privileged position, Costansia reached out to a friend who shared a similar passion and they established an organization to reach out to teenage mothers who lack the advantages she had experienced that enabled her traverse life as a young mom.

The mission is clear: to revive the dreams that were lost when life changed its course, reignite hope for a brighter future, and reshape their minds to envision the numerous possibilities that can enhance their lives. The organization offers psychosocial support for emotional healing, imparts skills to enhance their livelihoods, and endeavours to provide formal education support whenever possible. In essence, Connie's journey has transformed into a dedicated mission to uplift and empower young mothers
